Youth across Oregon who are on probation or parole and need a supportive home environment focused on stability, treatment, and growth.

Mental Health Support

  • Access to licensed therapists and counselors through Polk County Behavioral Health.

    • Weekly appointments. 

    • Safe place for youth to express, process and heal.

    • Family therapy for those transitioning back home.

Substance Use Treatment

  • Drug and alcohol recover support. 

  • Group and individual sessions.

  • Relapse prevention tools and accountability.

  • Placement in nurturing proctor homes with trained caregivers.

  • Daily living support and life skill coaching.
